Growing Instructions

Indoors

• Sprinkle seeds over the surface of pre-saturated soil in small seed trays
• Place on a sunny window sill
• Once germinated keep the trays on saucers of water and harvest 5cm high

Outdoors

• Sow seeds outdoors in spring when the soil has warmed up to minimum 8°C. 
• Watercress plants need a permanently damp soil - dig in plenty of bulky organic matter before sowing
