Seeds - when will these be sent?
Our unique commitment is to dispatch all orders received before 8pm same day - luckily we dont like Coronation Street! This commitment applies everyday apart from Saturday (there is no Sunday post collection).
Plants - when will these be sent?
Plants are of course a live product so to ensure plants reach customers in tip top condition, we need to take extra care. As a result all plants are carefully packaged and sent out 1st class same day where possible, however, as we do not want plants sitting for days at the mail sorting office, we only package and send out plants Monday to Thursdays and also exclude UK public holidays.
What Packaging Materials do we use?
All plant orders are sent out in recycled materials which customers can re-use or re-cycle themselves.
Which shipping company do you use?
All seeds and plants are shipped using the Royal Mail

Cancellations & Returns
As we dispatch orders same day, it is not usually possible to cancel orders before they are sent. However, customers may return the products for a full refund within 14 days over purchase.
Refunds
All our products should reach you in good condition, just as they left us. If you are dissatisfied in any way with their condition on arrival, please contact us and let us know.
International Shipping
Please note that we cannot be experts in the relevant laws of every country. International customers, as importers are responsible for complying with their relevant national laws and a responsible for any customs duties or other local taxies that may be levied.
