Please find for sale 50+ seeds of Veronica Longifolia v. Sightseeing-  a carefree and easy-to-grow perennial with long spikes of small different coloured petals, from almost white to pink, lilacs and blues. I also sell the stunning Pink Shades cultivar.

Veronicas are versatile plants and they tolerate a variety of conditions but do best in a sunny site with rich, well-draining soil. They need little care apart from cutting back at the end of the season.

Germination Guide 
  • Sow March to August in trays of seed compost 
  • Gently tamp the seeds to ensure good contact with compost
  • Very lightly cover seeds with 1-2mm of sieved compost
  • Seal inside a polythene bag and place in the dark until the first seedlings start to show. 
  • Keep compost moist but not saturated. 
  • Germination takes around 30 days at 20-25C
  • When large enough to handle transplant seedlings to individual pots, and grow on in cooler conditions. 
  • Slolwly harden off and plant out 40-60cm in full sun and well drained soil.
