Please find for sale 100+ fresh Trailing Petunia seeds - mixed colours.  In my opinion Petunia's are the easiest and best value for money option for hanging backets and planters giving masses of lovely bright flowers all summer long. I mix mine with trailing Lobelia and other than watering and the odd feed, the only care is deadheading every week or so to prolong the display.

Note: As the seeds are small seeds, I usually mix them with a little silver sand to help customers, especially the elderly and less nimble fingered get them out of the packet and to have something to "pinch" as they sow them.

Germination Guide 
  • Sow indoors from January to April
  • Scatter  thinly, in trays of moist compost
  • Gently tamp the seeds to ensure good contact with the surface
  • Cover with about 3mm of sieved compost
  • Keep compost damp - ideally use a mister to keep surface damp
  • Keep at 15-20°C
  • Seedlings should appear within 5-15 days.
  • Thin seedlings out to 2.5cm apart. 
  • Slowly harden off
  • Plant out from late May or after the risk of frost has passed
