Germination Guide

Sow between end of January and start of April depending where you are and whether to be grown under glass or outdoors
Prepare a light well draining compost mix  - ideally 50% sieved compost, 50% horticultural sand or vermiculite.
Sow the seeds thinly and cover with about 5mm of the compost
Ensure the compost is kept moist but not wet
Keep at between 20-25c. 
Seeds should germinate in 5-15 days
Prick out and pot on as required
"Better late than early" is the key to when to put outside!
