Seed Germination
Sow Late January to June onto the surface of a good, free-draining, damp compost. 
Cover with a very fine layer of compost or vermiculite. 
Keep container in a propagator or inside a clear bag at a temperature of 15-20C  
Light is required for optimal germination
Germination takes 10-14 days. 
Gradually remove covers/bag after germination 
Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into trays or small pots. 
Slowly harden off
Plant out after risk of frost has passed
Space 30cm approx apart
