Yellow Oyster mushrooms are a tasty, meaty mushroom a great for everything from soups to stews, stir-fries to barbecues. They also dry well. Older specimens make excellent mushrumami – a delicious savoury seasoning. With a very short shelf life in the shops the best way to get these delicious mushrooms is to grow them yourself.

These mushrooms can be grown on all hardwood logs and a variety of other mediums - I have had moderate success simply growing them in plastic bags of damp straw.


Included for FREE is a small packet of wax granules which is used to seal the dowels into the logs.
