Anyone who has ever lived or worked in Skandinavia or other parts of Northern Europe will know how loved Dill is - used in may dishes as well as for pickling. Most commonly it is used in potato and fish dishes - famously of course in Gravlax.

What does it taste like? Dill adds a bright, fresh, and herbaceous flavor to dishes. It is most distinct for its crisp, grassy notes balanced by subtle hints of citrus (like lemon) and a mild, sweet licorice undertone

Sowing Guide
