Please find for sale 100+ Eryngium foetidum better known as Culantro, Thai Parsley,  Ngò Gai, Mexican Coriander, Cimarrón and Recao seeds. 

Native originally to Central & South America and the Caribbean, Culantro is now grown the world as a culinary herb over due to its lovely rich coriander-like flavour and the fact that unlike coriander, its retains its colour and flavour through cookiing.

Can be grown indoors all year round in the UK - it needs some heat for germination but after that it is grown like coriander - to grow lots of big green leaves and stop the plant from bolting, it prefers coolish conditions and partial shade.

Germination Instructions

• Sow indoors any time of year
  Sow onto tray of moist compost
  Cover very lightly with sieved compost
  Keep at around 24C - so some bottom heat usually required outside of summer
  Ensure compost does not dry out
  Germination takes between 14-28 days depending on conditions
  Pot on to pots as soon as large enough to handle as roots dislike distrubance
  Keep young plants in coolish conditions, out of direct sun
