Please find for sale 15+ fresh seeds for the white Bunny Ears Cactus  (Opuntia Microdasys var. Albispina). Also known as Bunny-ear Prickly Pear, Angel's Wings, Polka-dot Cactus, Bunny Cactus, Bunny Ears Cactus, Rabbit Ears Cactus.

These easy-to-grow cacti look absolutely great in modern homes.

Why grow Bunny Ears cactus?

Adorable Appearance: Its flat, oval-shaped pads sprout in pairs, closely resembling cute rabbit ears, which adds a charming and unique aesthetic to any space

Low Maintenance: Perfect for busy plant parents or beginners. It is incredibly drought-tolerant and actually thrives on a little bit of neglect—more cacti die from overwatering than from being left alone.

Pet and Human Friendly: While you should never ingest a cactus, this variety is generally considered non-toxic and friendly to humans, dogs, and cats.

Beautiful Blooms: With enough direct sunlight, these plants can produce lovely, bowl-shaped creamy-yellow flowers in the spring and summer

Germination Guide

  • Prepare a seed tray or individual pots with a moist, gritty, free-draining compost. Gently firm down and level the surface.
  • Individually place each seed on the surface of the compost
  • Press seeds gently into to soil to ensure good contact but not below the surface as they need light to germinate.
  • Potting mix should be moist but not wet
  • Leave warm sunny windowsill or under grow lights, loosely covered with a clear plastic bag to preserve soil moisture.
  • Seedlings will develop within a few weeks. Remove the plastic bag and water when the compost becomes dry, but spray the surface with water regularly, to keep it moist.
  • Transplant / pot on the seedlings carefully the following spring using gloves to avoid the spikes
  • Fill around the seedling with compost and water well. Add more compost if necessary and then use the spoon to arrange gravel around the seedling. Keep in a sunny spot such as a windowsill, and pot on as and when you need to.
  • Allow the compost to dry out completely over winter to reduce the risk of rot.
