Please find for sale 25+ Agapanthus "Alba" seeds a beautiful, clump forming, evergreen perennial bearing wonderful pure white trumpet shaped flowers in late summer, providing colour when other flowers have passed. Also known as "African Lily" and "Lily of the Nile"

INSTRUCTIONS  - to save ppaper I no longer send out growing instructions. They are detailed below so bookmark this page


Germination Guide 
  • Store seeds in a cool, dry place until ready to sow.
  • Sow from March to April in pots containing a good quality seed compost
  • If possible add some horticultural grit or perlite to improve the drainage
  • Scatter the seeds on top of the soil and add cover with about 1cm of the compost mix
  • Water carefully using a rose
  • Place pots where they will get plenty of sun and a temperature of 13-17c 
  • Water regularly - best to water from the bottom and drain off any excess water not taken up after 30 mins or so
  • Prick out seedlings into 9 cm pots when they are large enough to handle
  • Overwinter these under protection so that they are in a frost free environment and then they will be big enough to be planted outside in the following spring
